Albury Wodonga Connection for Defence Members, partners & families!

Bandi House is a not-for-profit neighbourhood/community house where staff and volunteers support defence members, partners and families with a wide variety of regular and one-off activities provides options for all ages:

• CHILDREN: Playgroups, School aged children activities

• YOUNG PEOPLE:  Secondary School activities, Teens

• ADULTS:  

  • Community Events

  • Social Activities: you will find something new every month; dinner and show, high tea, trail riding, ghost tours, paddle boarding, in-house pizza /pamper/games nights, river cruise, movie nights, barefoot bowling and much more.  

  • Special interest groups like craft offer an opportunity for people to gather and share common interests, or share a coffee.  Groups change depending on community interest – arts, craft, bookclub, music, cooking, DIY, parenting.

  • One off activities & courses: like first aid, mosaic, painting, pottery and more...

Membership provides access to subsidised programs and activities which offer opportunities to make new connections within our community. 

Other resources available to members are:  printing & faxing, school uniform swap, library, staff who know the local area and are understanding and supportive.
